3. Three days' trip to Shaxi and Shibaoshan

Day1   Lijiang –Jianchuan –Shibaoshan  stay in temple
From Lijiang driveing about 3hrs to Shibaoshan in Jianchuan town. From Baoxiang Temple we  hike 3-4 hours to look around that area, in the mountains there are many small old temples. On the path, you can see very nice views (forests, fields with crops, villages in big valley…). Baoxiang temple is a Chinese Buddhism Temple from Yuan Dynesty. In this area  about 3 hundred wild monkeys live with kulapatis around the Baoxiang temple . in the night we will stay in the peaceful temple to get the experience of the people’s life

Day 2 shibaoshan-shaxi old town   stay in gueshouse
After breakfast ,We will visit the Shizhong temple in Shibaoshan area.There are eight grottoes of Shizhong temple for 800 years’ old . After that , we will hike 3or4 hours to Shaxi old town. On the trail, we through small forest with many pine trees, also many small plants with nice flower(spring, summer and autumn). You can view the big valley with villages and crops…  Afer lunch in Shaxi,we will look around the old town and Sideng street in old town,the only remained mountain fair from the ancient tea–horse merchants track,a commemorative world architecture heritage. We also can visit the Xingjiao temple,that is the only Azhali Buddhism Temple built by Bai people in the Ming dynasty existing in China. Every Friday ,there has a big local market ,many local peole from mountain villages come here. We will stay in small traditional guesthouse with nice countyard and vegetable garden.

Day 3  shaxi old  town---Lijiang
In the morning walking around the old town or you can walk down to the field or other villages to visit, then go back to Lijiang
