The Shibaoshan Temples and the Shaxi village in Dali
Day1 Lijiang City-- Jianchuan -- Shibao Shan
Night in temple
From Lijiang city, driving about 3hrs to Shibaoshan in Jianchuan town. From Baoxiang Temple we hike 3-4 hours to look around that area, in the mountains there are many small old temples. On the path, you can see very nice views (forests, fields with crops, villages in big valley…). Baoxiang temple is a Chinese Buddhism Temple from Yuan Dynesty. In this area about 3 hundred wild monkeys live with kulapatis around the Baoxiang temple . in the night we will stay in the peaceful temple to get the experience of the people’s life
Trekking in Lijiang area - from Wenhai to Lashihai (lakes)
Day 1:
From Lijiang City, we will take a car for 20 minutes to one of the small Naxi villages at the base of the mountains called Baisha village.
Then we will hike 4~5 hours to Wenhai Lake.

Day1 Lijiang city---Jade Dragon Snow mountain(Yulong mountain)---Baoshan Stone Town

After breakfast, from Lijiang city drives about 4~5hours to Baoshan Stone Town, on the way visit Black Dragon Pool and Yuhu village(Joseph Rock ’s Resident), pass by the Jade dragon snow mountain,Mingyin township…
Day2 Baoshan Stone

In Baoshan Stone Town area, hiking around the village, to some mountains or down to the Yangtze river
Day3 Baoshan Stone Town---Jade Draon snow mountain---Lijiang city
In the morning, hiking about 1~2hours from Baoshan Stone Town to bus stop, then drives back to Lijiang city, on the way you can take carble-car to visit the Yak Meadow in Jade Dragon Snow Mountain area. Then, back to Lijiang city
Two days' trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Liming in Lijiang
Day1 Lijiang City- Tiger leaping gorge - Liming
Lijiang drives about 1.5 hours to Tiger Leaping gorge, then continue walking about 1~2 hours to visit the Up Gorge.
Having lunch in local restaurant with the nice view of mountains and Yangtze River. In the afternoon drives about 3hours to Liming area, on the way visit the Shigu Town (the First Bend of the Yangtze River)

Day2 Liming - Lijiang city
In the morning, spend about 2~3 hours to climb up and down to visit the Thousand Tortoies Mountain. Then drives about 3 hours back to Lijiang city
Two days' trip to Shibaoshan Temple and Shaxi village
Day 1 Lijiang City-- Lashi Lake -- Jiuhe -- Jianchuan -- Shibao Shan
Night in Shibao Shan
From Lijiang city drives about 3 hours to Shibao Shan in Jianchuan area, after lunch do some hiking to visit the temples. On the way from Lijiang city to Shibao Shan area, you can pass by countryside where there are many small different minorities’ villages around fields.
Day 2 Shibao Shan -- Shaxi village-- Lijiang city
In the morning walking around this area to visit other temples, then hiking about 3 hours to Shaxi village, then back to Lijiang city
Adventure to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baoshan Stone Town
Day 1 Lijiang City---Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge---Tea horse Guesthouse Night in the tea horse guest house.
Lijiang drives about 3 hours to Qiaotou, then hiking about 5~6hours on the upper trail to a very nice guesthouse .

Weishan temples and Minority villages
Day 1 Dali - Xiaguan - Weishan

In the morning walking around the old town of Dali, then driving about 3 hours to Weishan. On the way to Weishan visit some local villages (Yi or Bai or Hui), crops…………stay hotel/guesthouse
Day 2 Weishan - Weibaoshan - Dali

After breakfast, driving about 1 and half hour to Weibao shan. Hiking about 3~4hours to visit the temples to meet some Taoists, then driving about 3~4 hours back to Dali.
Excursion (biking or by car) in Lashi Lake in Lijiang area
Around 9 o’clock in the morning, we drives 30 minutes to the entrance of the Lashi Lake. Then start biking around the lake for 2~3 hours in the morning,
On the way to visit some Naxi villages, Tibetan Buddhism Temple, crops…
Lashi Lake is a Nature Reserve and is a haven for migratory birds. More than 70 species of birds come to nest in this area during the winter. At noon we will bike or drive up to the foot of the largest mountain and have some delicious local food for lunch at one of friendly Naxi family.
After lunch, you can have free time to explore the gardens and visit the village. Then we continue our tour around the lake. We will bike another hour during the afternoon. Any part of this trip can be done by car, according your wish.
Discovery Yangtze River and Mengkong(Lancang) River
Day 1 Lijiang---the First Bend of the Yangt-Ze River (Shigu town)---Liming
Night in Liming
From Lijiang drives about 3 hours to Liming, on the way stop to visit the Shigu township and the First Bend of the Yangtze River, villages, fields…
Day 2 Liming---Judian---Tacheng---Qizhong
Night in guesthouse by the Yangtze River
In the early morning spend about 3 hours’ hiking to visit the Thousand tortoies Mountain, from the top you can get nice views(big valley, mountains, villages…), then drives about 3hours to Qizhong town area, on the way visit the First Bridge for the Yangt-Ze River and the Stone gate on the Yangt-Ze river.
Day 3 Qizhong---Wai Tacheng---Damo temple
Night in Tacheng Hotel
In the morning, after breakfast, hikes about 5~6hours to visit Damo Temple. Then back to hotel to stay.
